Here are just only some of the top fashion schools in the world.

  • Parsons, the New School for Design (New York City, NY)

Tuition per year: $49,844 plus fees

Famous Alumni: Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, Donna Karen

While one of the more expensive schools, this school will help guarantee a job in the fashion industry after you graduate through their program and numerous list of prestigious alumni. Founded back in 1896, this university offers many degrees in design, textiles, and advertising.

  • Fashion Institute of Technology (New York City, NY)

Tuition per year: $6,870 per year for residents of NY, $20,792 for those out of state or country

While the name might be boring, the designs from this university sure aren’t. This new-york-fashionuniversity even has an art museum. It offers degrees in the design and business side of fashion. Established in 1944, this university is cheaper but offers just as must knowledge as Parsons or other universities

  • Central Saint Martins (London, UK)

Tuition per year: 10,600 Euros for UK and EU students $27,500 for international students

Famous Alumni: Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Christopher Kane

Being partially funded by the UK government, they are able to keep costs cheaper than other universities while also having top programs such as teachings from Professor Louise Wilson. This college is a part of the University of the Arts London

  • London College of Fashion (London, UK)

Tuition per year: 10,600 Euros for UK and EU students $27,500 for international students

This college has another basic name but they have a ton of programs in everything from cosmetic science to fashion journalism. This college is also apart of the University of the Arts London

  • Istituto Marangoni (Milan, Italy)

Tuition per year: $18,270-$21,900 depending on program, language, etc

Obviously, France has more than one fashion school, and this school has a great history. Founded in 1841, this place is known for inventing the tape measure and the mannequin.
